As a retired career woman with 38 years of banking experience behind her, Karen Vernon is now living the sweet life. She has the freedom to spend ample time with the people (husband Bill Vernon) and pets (toy poodles Sophie and Chloe) she loves. She can pour more energy into the charities she believes in.
