A genuine North Carolina local, Candace is inspired by the Southern Charm and grass roots theory of treating customers with the utmost respect and customer service. In 2016, Candace opened her boutique, CoCo Couture, in the heart of Lake Norman in Jetton Village located in Cornelius NC. Being a native of North Carolina she knows first hand about southern hospitality and how a client should be treated. She added sophistication to the shabby chic decor along with warm and unassuming customer service. This combination, along with the work ethic instilled by her parents, turned heads in the Lake Norman area and attracted customers from surrounding areas, as well. earning her and her boutique Small Business of the Year 2019.

Candace's boutique is quite the multicultural mix of, creativity, craftsmanship, architecture, and landscape--a synergy that permeates her contemporary, colorful aesthetic. The boutique is Infused with bold signature prints and dynamic hues unique to each collection,

Founded in 2016 as a women’s signature upscale boutique, Candace has evolved CoCo Couture into a superb customer service driven lifestyle boutique, celebrating CoCo Couture style with over 70 different designer collections of chic women’s ready-to-wear and accessories including plus size collections focusing on collections from signature designers such as Joseph Ribkoff, Frank Lyman, French Kande, Alberto Maklai, and Brighton to name a few.

Candace splits her time between lake -life -living in her home in Lake Norman to a country retreat farm home in Randolph County where her grass roots first started.


Candace is an active philanthropist, giving back in her community as contributing generously to arts, education, faith driven charitable causes and architectural preservation causes, among others.
