2 EASY Crockpot Meals and a SALE on Zee Alexis Shoes!

I don't know about y'all, but I LOVE my crockpot so much! I LOVE just throwing items in the pot and go to work and come home to a COOKED MEAL! I have two super easy meals for you to try! 

Crockpot Meal One: Creamy Chicken

Ingredients:

1. 2 packets chicken gravy mix

2. 1 (10.5 oz) can cream of chicken soup

3. 2 cups water

4. 1 lb boneless/skinless chicken breasts

4. Garlic powder, salt and pepper to taste

5. 1/2 cup sour cream

6.Rice, mashed potatoes or noodles to eat with/ put chicken on top of

7. Sliced green onions to top with 

Recipe:

1. Season chicken breasts with salt, pepper and garlic powder

2. In the crockpot, whisk gravy packets, cream of chicken soup and water until smooth

3. Add chicken breasts and make sure they are covered in the gravy

4. Cover and cook on low 6-8 hours

5. Once cooked, shred using a fork

6. Stir in sour cream, serve over rice, mashed potatoes or noodles!

Crockpot Meal Two: Crockin' Fajitas

Ingredients: 

1. 1 1/2 pounds skirt steak cut into strips

2.  1/2 cup fresh lime juice

3. 5 tablespoons minced garlic

4. 1 tablespoon fajita marinade (I use one with liquid smoke- makes for a better taste)

5. 2 tablespoons garlic powder

6. 1/2 teaspoon chili powder 

7. Salt and pepper to taste

8. 1 red onion, thinly sliced

9. 1 yellow onion, thinly sliced

10. 2 bell peppers, thinly sliced

11. Tortillas

12. Sour cream, lettuce and shredded cheese to top

13. Gallon ziplock bag

Recipe:

1. Add steak, lime juice, garlic, marinade, spices, salt and pepper to gallon bag. Close bag and mix spices into meat

2. Add onion and bell pepper to meat, seal bag and mix again

3. Refrigerate 12-14 hours (I usually do it overnight)

4. Place items in bag into crock pot

5. Cover and cook on low 6-8 hours

6. Serve with favorite fajita toppings
