Live With No Regrets

Edie Raether has done it all. With a master's degree in counseling from the University of Wisconsin at Madison, she began her career as an Occupational Therapist, helping those with health issues thrive in their daily lives and work. Later, as a counselor, she aided couples and families in healing relationships, and individuals in breaking through mental blocks and addictions.

Since that time, Edie has held countless impressive roles including that of mother (of two sons), Change Strategist, Brain Trainer, TEDx and International Keynote Speaker, Corporate Trainer and Coach. As a speaker, she has inspired over 3,500 associations and Fortune 500 companies across five continents. She is the author of seven books, and developer of a character-building program for children called I Believe I Can Fly. All told, she has built a 50+ year legacy of making a difference in people's lives.

Edie hails from Algoma, Wisconsin, a small fishing village on the shores of Lake Michigan, where she started dreaming big dreams for her life. She now resides in a Lake Norman cottage, where she continues to live the dream.

How does Edie sum up her energetic life? It has been “a life well-lived with meaning and purpose — and no regrets.” And she has no intention of slowing down. She has many more milestones to achieve! But to do that, she needs high-achieving fashion. That’s where we come in! Here’s what Edie selected during her personal style session at CoCo Couture:

Conversation Starter

But wait! There's more! In addition to coaching, writing and public speaking, Edie also was a radio host and TV talk show host with ABC. With such a diverse background, Edie has a lot of stories to share with others. One of her favorite pastimes is just sitting and talking with friends. For quality time over a cup of coffee or glass of wine, Edie goes for comfortable styles with a hint of fun.

Alive With Color

Whether it’s classic and pops, Edie loves music. In her spare time, you can find Edie at the symphony or at the outdoor concerts offered throughout the Lake Norman community. You’ll know her when you see her because she will be on her feet dancing and showing off her best moves. For those occasions, Edie leans toward vivid colors that are as high-energy as she is.

Sensational Instinct

As the author of a best-selling book on intuition, Why Cats Don't Bark, Edie is an expert at trusting her gut. Her gut instinct led her to this sensational combo, featuring luxurious faux fur and sequins.

Where Elegance Meets Quality

About her CoCo Couture experience, Edie says, “The minute you walk in, there is a hint of elegance with the perfect attire for holiday festivities, but also pants and tops that are casual and chic. There’s something for every woman and every occasion. You will "feel" the quality of the fabrics when you try on items for the perfect fit. Beatrice and Lydia, CoCo’s two stylists, have an eye for design and will help you make the right choice. You won't want to leave!”
