Guacamole snacking recipe and a date night out outfit!

I LOVE going out for date night with my special person, it just reignites a spark in our relationship that lacks when life and work get busy, which is SO understandable! I have a fun dip recipe for you to try out so that you and your honey can snack before going out for a fun night on the town dressed to the nines in CoCo Couture of course!

Pepita Guacamole- the Pepita gives the guacamole a fun and unexpected crunch! Pair this with some corn chips and you're set to get ready snacking on this yummy dip!

Ingredients:

3 large avocados, pit and skins thrown away

1/4 finely chopped small white onion

1/4 cup chopped fresh cilantro

1 small jalapeño, finely chopped

1/3 cup roasted Pepita's, finely chopped *I add more on top when guacamole is ready to be served*

4 tbsp fresh lime juice

Kosher salt and ground pepper to taste (I like it a bit more salty but that's just me!)

Tortilla chips to eat with

Directions:

1. Combine avocados, onion, cilantro, jalapeno, pepitas and lime juice in a bowl. Mash with a fork until combines and avocado is desired consistency. (I like my guacamole more chunky so I don't mash as much!) Season with salt and pepper.

2. Top with additional pepitas, serve with tortilla chips alongside
