Autumn Elegance

September 25, 2020 — How do you send a sophisticated signal when the leaves are falling and the temps are dropping? Our sweet friend and new CoCo Couture customer LaShawn Olson stopped by the boutique to offer her take on “autumn elegance.”

From prints to solids, from modern to classic, LaShawn showed us how to flaunt the best in fall fashion. Here she is, modeling her top five favorite CoCo combinations:

Office Chic

Sheer panels on the sleeves take this black blouse way beyond basic. The tapered trousers also get a stylish upgrade, thanks to a polka-dot-on-plaid print. 

The Mrs. America Gown

As LaShawn pointed out, we’ll soon be dressing up and going to formal galas once again (fingers crossed!). With this long beaded column in her closet, she’ll be ready. But we secretly hope to see her wearing it on the Mrs. America stage!

It’s a (Modern) Wrap

Hits of neon and pops of python bring a certain edge to this classic wrap dress. The asymmetrical collar adds a modern touch. 

Earth Angel

The earthy neutrals on this animal-print dress are a perfect match for LaShawn’s sun-kissed skin and platinum locks.

Lovely Layers

A polished blouse with layered sleeves takes skinny jeans in a dressy direction.
