Walking on Sunshine

On a cold and dismal afternoon, Amy Petrenko was the ray of sunshine we all needed. Gale force winds and torrential downpours couldn't stop Mrs. Petrenko from her mission: to get all dolled up at our boutique and have a blast as CoCo Couture's model. But, as we soon discovered, Amy is accustomed to rolling with the punches. While her husband was an active-duty senior officer in the US Army, she moved 16 times. Now, as a broker associate at the Lake Norman office of Premier Sotheby's International Realty, she harnesses her expert ability to adapt to changing conditions, which is a tremendous benefit for her customers. Moving many times across the globe taught Amy to adapt, accept and be strong and resilient in the face of challenges. 

After spending three years in Saudi Arabia, the Petrenko family chose Lake Norman as their new home. It’s the perfect place for Amy to engage in all of her favorite hobbies, which include biking, running, walking, boating and kayaking.
