Meet this week’s CoCo Couture Top Model, the incredibly talented and inspiring Robin Gordon — a true household name throughout the Lake Norman community and a woman whose passion for hospitality, fashion, and giving back shines brightly in everything she does.

As the proud owner of Peninsula Prime, Robin and her husband are certainly no strangers to the restaurant and hospitality industry. Originally born in Indiana, Robin has built a reputation in Lake Norman not only for exceptional dining experiences, but for creating a warm atmosphere where community, conversation, and culinary creativity come together beautifully.

When asked what led her into the restaurant business, Robin quickly shared that it all began with a deep passion for hospitality, community, and the creative process behind developing unique culinary experiences for guests. It is evident the moment you walk through the doors of Peninsula Prime that every detail has been thoughtfully curated with heart and purpose.

Outside of the restaurant world, Robin enjoys spending time on the water boating and cherishes every moment she gets to spend with her beloved dog, Sophie. But perhaps one of the things that speaks most to Robin’s heart is her dedication to charity work. Without hesitation, she shared that her greatest passion is supporting autism awareness and advocacy through Autism Hope Strong.

“We are passionate advocates of autism research, inclusion, acceptance, and political support,” Robin shared passionately.

When we asked Robin what she would wear if invited to a gala at the White House, she smiled and confidently answered: “A classic black cocktail dress.” Elegant, timeless, sophisticated — exactly what you would expect from a woman who effortlessly balances style and grace.
